Special Feature--Read ToonaCat's Vacation Journal!

2007 Archive Note: This book nook was one of the most content-dense areas of the site. It was combined with the 'writing' area so that kids could go back and forth from reading other kids' work, to submitting their own. As I add back in bits, you will see the links above become active, and also more of the image map. The crossword was actually a Java based activity and was my first 'true' programming experience. I learned just enough JAVA to hack into the excellent free CrossWord applet written by Carl Haynes. The puzzle content was written by me, and that was one of the most challenging things I've ever done! TC had many, many 'secret links' to puzzles and activities around the club. I've included a bonus code puzzle linked from the crossword to represent this side of ToonaCat.
