If you've done some artwork on paper that you'd like to send for ToonaCat's Art Gallery, or ToonaCat's Hall Monster Hall of Shame*, just follow these directions, and ToonaCat will scan it for you:

1. Ask your parents for permission.

2. Provide the information listed below.

   (you can either print out this form, or write the answers on your own paper)

3. Send the information along with your artwork* to:

   PO box address deleted. We had a BIG PO Box, as in those days more kids could send in "snail mail" than graphics as attachments over slow modem connections. Also, kids and parents didn't have as many scanners and paint programs available. USA

   *Be sure to also send a self addressed stamped envelope with enough postage to return your artwork if you'd like it back.

4.  The State, Province, or Country where you live.


5. Tell 3 or more things you like to do.



6. Tell a little about your artwork.  How did you get the idea? 
 How did you make it?  Anything else you'd like to tell about it.





7. Your email address.


8.  A parent's signature that it's ok to scan and use your artwork.
